Information you submit

The contact and event-update forms request information such as your name, email address, message and communication preferences. This information is used to respond to your request and, when you affirmatively opt in, to send campaign updates.

Information this prototype does not collect by default

The redesign does not include advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. A hosting provider may maintain ordinary security and access logs. Any analytics added later should be disclosed here and configured to minimize data collection.

Donations

Donation buttons open a form operated by Zeffy. Donation and payment information is processed by Zeffy under its own terms and privacy practices. The campaign must also handle contribution records in accordance with applicable campaign-finance law.

Service providers

Website hosting is intended for Vercel. Contact-form submissions are stored in Google Firebase Firestore in the jay-reeves collection for the campaign Firebase project. If the campaign changes hosts, CRM tools, email platforms or form processors, this notice should be updated before launch.

How information is used

• Respond to campaign inquiries and event invitations.
• Provide updates when a visitor has opted in.
• Protect the website and forms against abuse.
• Comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing

Personal information should not be sold. It may be shared with service providers working for the campaign, or when required by law, subject to appropriate access controls and contractual protections.

Retention and choices

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for campaign operations and legal obligations. Visitors may request removal from campaign email lists by using an unsubscribe link or contacting the campaign by phone at 763-229-1931.

Security

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The campaign should use HTTPS, multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, secure form processing and documented incident-response practices.

Children

The website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
